With hearts full of grief and gratitude, we share the news of our beloved father, George Murahwa’s passing on March 27, 2026.

If you had the pleasure of meeting George Murahwa, you would know that he was one of the kindest, happiest souls you would ever meet.

His passing has left us with a void that cannot be filled. George was here in the States spending time with his two daughters, son, and his two grandchildren. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and he brought so much joy to all he met.

Over the last few years, George was diagnosed with a very aggressive disease called Lewy Body Dementia. Although it was progressing quickly, his death was not expected. Unfortunately, with his sudden passing, we are in an unexpected position to make sure our Dad can get back home to his loved ones in Zimbabwe to receive the burial and ceremony he deserves.
