Support George After Job Loss and Surgery

For those of you that have known George, you know he would never want to miss any local live music. And he would never ask for help with anything, unless it was a ride to a show.

For those of you that don't know, George lost his job last year where he worked for well over 15 years. Unemployment helped him stay afloat, but that time is over. In his early 60s and legally blind, his prospects for employment are extremely difficult. He faces massive barriers of transportation to work, available work with his eyesight, age, and a tight labor market. Eye surgery in February proved to be extremely costly and did not improve his eyesight, unfortunately.

I am creating this GoFundMe campaign to help George pay his living and medical bills in the short term until he can find adequate employment.
