Support Genesis Baltazar Pinedo’s Family After Fire

My name is Jennifer Wilson. Genesis Baltazar Pinedo and her Aunt Esther and cousin Brenda have been a real gift to our family over the last year and a half. And I know that many families that they take care of by lovingly and thoroughly cleaning their houses feel the same way. Genesis and her husband and two little boys have been displaced due to the Eaton Fire. They are renters in Altadena and while the house did not burn down they cannot go home until it is deemed safe. The air is filled with toxins from burning homes and the whole area needs to be detoxified before anyone can even go into Altadena.

In addition, the family has suffered a loss of income. They have been working as much as they can even during the fire but many of the families they took care of have lost their homes or been displaced as well. They will need help with filling the gap between applying for FEMA and getting funds to pay for additional housing, food, and other expenses during this difficult time. All donations received will be sent directly to the family so they can purchase the basic necessities, clothing, food, and anything else they may need at this very difficult time.
