Thank you for your consideration. We are here organizing this fundraiser on behalf of our dearest aunt, Oluremi Omosebi. On Thursday, August 21st, 2025, my cousins woke up to the devastation of finding their beloved father, my uncle, unresponsive. On arrival of the EMT, it was too late.

Uncle Gbenga was so much more than a husband, father, brother, and an uncle. He was a source of laughter, wisdom, and unwavering love. He was never one to miss calling us on our birthdays or reminding us to send kind messages to someone we haven't spoken to in a while. He was a fervent Christian who exuded faith in all his endeavors. He was always there for those around him, offering help, encouragement, and a warm smile to anyone in need. He loved hard and consistently. His passing has left a hole in our hearts that words cannot truly express. Most devastating of all is he died before he had the opportunity to walk his oldest daughter down the aisle in 3 weeks.

As our family navigates this unimaginable grief, we are asking for support to raise funds towards the cost of his funeral, which would help ease the financial burden during this difficult time.
