Gaza Boxing Women is more than just a boxing club—it’s a movement for empowerment, strength, and resilience. We are a group of women in Gaza who believe that sport, particularly boxing, has the power to change lives. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive space where women and girls can build physical strength, gain confidence, and challenge societal norms that limit their potential.

We started with a small group of women who wanted to box. Despite the many obstacles we face in Gaza, including limited resources and social pressures against women in sports, we found a way to make it happen. Unfortunately, our facility and equipment were destroyed during the recent conflict, but our determination to keep going remains stronger than ever. Even when we didn’t have a gym or proper equipment, our members continued training, from between tents in the displacement camps, showing the world that we won’t be stopped.

This ongoing GoFundMe campaign will help us sustain Gaza Boxing Women for the long term. Your donations will go directly toward supporting the daily needs of our club, ensuring that the project continues to thrive and empower women for years to come. The funds raised will be used for:

Coaches compensations, to ensure our trainers can continue to guide and inspire our members

Training equipment, like gloves, punching bags, and protective gear

Transportation costs, to help women and girls get to training, especially those who can’t afford travel expenses

Club facilities improvements, to adapt the space to meet women’s needs, including safety and comfort

Clothing and meals, to ensure that every woman has what she needs to train and feel supported

Sanitary products, to provide essential support for our members

Financial aid for women and girls of the club in need, to ensure that all women in Gaza, regardless of their economic situation, can participate in our training
