Hello My name is Rena DeJesus. My brother and I are starting this fundraiser to help take some of the burden of medical bills and medications cost off of our mother so she can solely focus on getting better.My mother Gayle DeJesus was born and raised in Chicago, IL, she has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 Cholangiocarcinoma also known as bile duck cancer and needs help with medical expenses that her health insurance doesn't cover.Our family is looking to raise $5,000 to help cover some of the medical bills and medications that she needs to stay healthy and strong throughout this fight with cancer. Gayle has a loving husband, two children, five grandchildren and many family and friends that love her dearly.As of right now she is going through chemo to stop the spread of cancer.Our mother is honestly the most loving, caring, selfless, gentle, strongest person I know.She is the definition of a loving mother.
