Hello. My name is Gavyn Heuton, I'm an upcoming Junior at Drake University majoring in International Business. I have been given the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in England, to explore the cultures, international businesses, and global chain systems firsthand. I was recently accepted into a study abroad program with Harlaxton College in Grantham, England, and I am raising funds to attend this semester-long program, as well as tuition for my courses. Unfortunately, due to recent events, I am unable to utilize my VA educational benefits during my time abroad. I will have to cover the entire cost of my trip overseas.

This one-in-a-lifetime opportunity is a part of Drake University's faculty-led programs that will allow me to learn directly from English professors, business leaders, and local communities. I will be gaining hands-on experience in areas such as global economies, supply chains, and manufacturing production. These lessons will deepen and shape my future career expanding my global perspective on business. As an international business major, I have the desire to learn and experience businesses and cultures across the globe. Additionally, I will have the opportunity to connect and network with faculty, students, and other international individuals while overseas.

However, study abroad programs can be very expensive and strenuous, which is why I am asking for your support. Your generous donation will help to cover.
