Support Gavin's Dream: Team Ireland Lacrosse

Dear Family and Friends,

I am reaching out to you with excitement and a humble request for support. This summer, I have the incredible opportunity to represent Team Ireland once again, this time for the Senior Men’s team in the European Lacrosse Championship in Poland. As you can imagine, this honor comes with expenses for travel, equipment, and accommodations that are beyond my current means.

Despite Olympic inclusion in 2028, lacrosse is one of many player-funded sports in which athletes receive no financial support outside of individual fundraising or sponsorship.

Competing at this level is a dream come true for me, and any contribution you can make would mean the world to me. Your support will not only help me pursue my passion but also proudly represent my Irish heritage on an international stage. For me, playing on Team Ireland is more than just lacrosse. It is an opportunity to represent, like I said earlier, my heritage and my family and friends still living in Ireland.
