The Clinton Community has recently received heartbreaking news about one of their own. Gavin Mosher has just been diagnosed with leukemia and will be undergoing inpatient treatment at Galisano Children’s for at least the next 30 days. Gavin is 14 years old and a member of the Clinton community. He has just been accepted into the Modules of Integrated Technologies (MiTech) program through Clinton Central School District. This is a career exploration and skills development program for 9th and 10th grade students who are preparing to enter traditional career and technical education programs. Gavin is an exceptional athlete, participating in modified track and playing for Clinton Youth Hockey. He had earned a coveted spot on the 2025-26 16U Statebound Team. His friends and coaches describe him as tenacious, scrappy, funny, strong, and adventurous.
Gavin’s parents are struggling to manage both his diagnosis and treatment plan and his mounting medical bills. Anything donated would be used to help them with travel, care for Gavin and his younger sister Cam, and medical bills. In difficult times like this, it’s important that we come together to show our love and support for the Mosher family: Gavin, Camryn, and their parents, Ashley and Andrew. On behalf of the Mosher Family, thank you so very much for your support.
