Support Gavin In His Battle Against Cancer

To my friends, family, and anyone who is willing to support,

I was diagnosed with stage 4 head and neck cancer. This was found due to a small spot on my tongue. My ENT biopsied It and it came back as: invasive differentiating, squamous cell carcinoma, ketranizing. This small spot has now grown into a significantly large tumor. This hinders my ability to eat normally. For now I an only able to do soft foods, juice, protein shakes, and water.

My tumor causes me pain when talking, eating, yawning, etc. I have completed surgery to remove the tumour and the cancer that was in my lymph nodes. Soon I will undergo radiation. I have been in complete shock over the diagnosis considering im only 27 years old and overall pretty healthy.

Before this diagnosis I was struggling with some major mental health issues which prevented me from working. With this new diagnosis I am unable to work.

My cancer team is located at the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.

Your donation will help me tremendously with my bills, daily tasks, travel expenses,  and medical expenses. I do have insurance but it doesn't cover all medical expenses. I am currently living in Boston, while also paying my bills back home, so I have somewhere to return to once im well again.
