My name is Gary, and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. Recently, I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and Afib, which has turned my world upside down. Managing these health challenges has been overwhelming, and to make things even harder, I am currently unemployed. The stress of not knowing how I will cover my basic needs while trying to focus on my recovery has been a heavy burden to carry.
