Our family is reaching out with heavy hearts and hopeful spirits. My dad, Gary Smith, is currently undergoing bladder surgery as part of his fight against bladder cancer at WVU hospital in Morgantown, WV. This diagnosis has been devastating, but we are staying strong and focused on supporting him every step of the way.

His wife, Sue, has had to step away from work in order to care for him full-time. As you can imagine, the emotional and financial strain of this journey is overwhelming. She will be traveling to and from WVU hospital to stay with Gary during this difficult time.

We are asking for help to ease the burden on Gary and Sue. Funds will go directly toward:

    •    Medical expenses

    •    Travel to and from treatments

    •    Meals and lodging

    •    Household bills during this time
