Support Garrison’s TBI Recovery in Neuro Rehab

*To ease concerns and provide peace of mind to everyone who wants to help, this new fundraiser is being managed directly by Garrison’s immediate family.*

On May 9th, Garrison was hit head-on by a distracted driver in an SUV while riding his motorcycle.

He sustained multiple traumatic injuries, including multiple broken bones - femur, tibia, fibula, hip, arm, wrist & multiple neck fractures. While he initially survived the impact, his condition rapidly deteriorated in the ICU due to a bone marrow fat embolism — a rare and life-threatening complication where fat particles from broken bones enter the bloodstream and block blood flow to vital organs.

As of now, Garrison is in critical condition. He is on life support, including a ventilator, and has been placed in a medically induced coma to stabilize his brain and body. Due to severe swelling, doctors are currently unable to perform certain diagnostic procedures or surgeries. Once stable, he will undergo additional operations and an MRI to assess further damage.

Garrison’s recovery will be long, uncertain, and incredibly difficult. Our family is doing everything we can to be by his side and prepare for the medical, emotional, and financial challenges ahead.
