Garrett Barr, my brother's oldest son, has just been diagnosed with T-Cell Leukemia. This news has been a shock to our entire family, and we are all rallying around Garrett as he begins his treatment journey. Garrett is 13 and one of eight children, his parents are facing the difficult task of balancing care for their large family while also supporting Garrett through his treatments. The hospital where Garrett is receiving care is two hours away from their home, which means his parents will be traveling back and forth frequently during this challenging time.

The financial strain of travel expenses, medical bills, and the need to support the family while Garrett is in treatment is significant.
