Support Gambit's Medical Bills ❤️
Donation protected
Hi there! My name is Meg and I've started this GoFundMe to help Tara with Gambit's rising medical bills during this challenging and heartbreaking time.
Tara and Gambit
Gambit is an adorably loving long-haired Chihuahua who has captured the hearts of everyone he meets and has brought so much joy to our lives. At 12 years old, he is currently being held overnight at the emergency vet and being treated for heart failure. His healthcare costs to date have totaled over $5000, and we're kindly asking for your support. Any amount you can contribute to Gambit's cause will be immensely appreciated and will go directly toward his medical bills.
Gambit knows how to stay fashionably warm in the winter!
Fun fact! Chihuahuas are one of the longest-living breeds, with a life span of up to 20 years. We have faith that he is receiving expert care at the hands of his vet and that his treatment in the coming days will be successful. Our only wish is to bask in his furry glory for many years to come.
Always smiling from ear to ear!
For those of you who have had the pleasure of spending time with Gambit, you know that he breaks the mold of a typical Chihuahua. He is SO chill, incredibly loyal, and always down for snuggles. He is 6 lbs of endless love! His favorite place on earth is cuddled up in your lap... or on his back for maximum belly rubs. He makes every adventure so much more fun!
Never passes on the chance to spend his Sunday on the boat in Greenwood Lake!
Even if you have not met Gambit, you understand that our pets are not just animals; they are our best friends and family members! If there is anything you can do to support, we will remain forever in your gratitude.
“Dogs have given us their absolute all. We are the center of their universe. We are the focus of their love and faith and trust. They serve us in return for scraps. It is without a doubt the best deal mankind has ever made.”
– Roger A. Caras
To our friends, family, and anyone who may be reading this. Thank you for all the love and support. We'll be sure to keep you posted as his treatment progresses.
