Support Galen's Fight for Stability and Health

Hi my name is Galen as some of you may know me and others, not so much. Don't want to impose financially on you as others are having problems too, but mine go waaaaay past that! Moved to Anchorage about 8 years ago now and the first 4 were good but these last 4 have been a nightmare! First had job troubles and then medical ones I had no control over. It started when I tried to help a girl I've known for a long time get housing and back then I also needed financial assistance, which she claimed to have, and it would only make sense for us to help each other. Except, I found out she was lying to me and I called her on it. She then drugged me up, stripped me down, and stuck me outside, HOPING I would freeze to death and then she would somehow get my place after I died. This act put me in 4 different hospitals for 8 1/2 months and I also was told while I was in the hospital that my heart arteries were getting very plugged and that I would need heart surgery to clear that up. So I then got that done and it made me only get 40% blood to my brain which affects my memory, thought processes, and balance to where I have to use a cane or a walker. So my driving career went out the window. While I was in the hospital, I get a call from my next door neighbor one day that some teens are crawling through my main window by my front door. I called the police who then arrested 11 terms in my place and hauled them off. The same kid who stole my car, got it taken and sold by the tow yard, broke into my apartment and TRASHED IT! I got out of the hospital the next day to check in my place/clean it only to find it was REALLY DESTROYED! NOT to mention the kids had stolen a bunch of clothes, dishes, silverware, kitchen equipment, movies, video games, 2 PlayStation consoles, CDs, etc from me. Not to mention they did ALL this while I was in the HOSPITAL! I got to go home to a trashed place! Cleaned it up and moved on as best I could. My son came home from a treatment program months later and I was really still not able to do much. One day the apartment manager came by and gave me paperwork that I was being evicted for NO REASON! I was shocked after living there for 7 years and NEVER missing a rent payment AND helping the office where I could with unruly tenants around me, I'm being EVICTED FOR NO GOOD REASON! So I reached out to EVERYONE I could think of for help as I was going to be on the street! The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where I was attending, helped me move and put me in the temporary place I'm in now. I DESPERATELY NEED HELP as my time here is running out AND I need a vehicle again to get around and do what I need to not to be HOMELESS! Can stay here if I pay but am flat broke, depressed, and DESPERATELY need HELP as I have NEVER been in this situation before. Feel like a TRUE FAILURE to my son and to MYSELF! I BROKE DOWN crying at church yesterday and it made it so it was VERY difficult to function and am TERRIFIED of not only being homeless but, of having a MAJOR HEART ATTACK as well, as I have had one once before that put me in the hospital and almost killed me BEFORE I had heart surgery and had 3 stints put in my heart. Am also a veteran, but getting ANY help from the VA has been like pulling teeth as I've gotten different results from them EVERY time I deal with them, and mostly NOT positive either. Again, I hate to ask for help as I have always generally helped myself, but in this case it seems never-ending. Feel like I get doors slammed in my face all the time for the wait to get help or lack of money which is why I'm on here now. PLEASE HELP ME AND MY SON. Would like to provide pictures I had but my phone that had all that on it was stolen as well and now I have NOTHING. Will SWEAR to you though that ALL of what I am saying is LEGITIMATE and TRUE and then some! Look forward to your help/assistance any way you can provide, mostly need monetary assistance at this point and will take it from there. Truly, thank you and APPRECIATE ANYTHING you can do to help.
