Help Gail get to Italy!

Hi friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out on behalf of an extraordinary young woman Gail, my sweet friend, who has a chance to take a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy with her 4-H group this June, but she needs help raising the final funds to make it happen.

Gail is 18, a Junior at Ignacio High School, and has already faced more than her share of loss and hardship. A few years ago, her mother passed away, and she’s been trying to find her footing ever since. Despite the challenges, Gail has shown incredible resilience. She’s passionate about learning, animals, and creating a better future. She worked hard to earn her spot on this international 4-H trip, which is focused on leadership, culture, and agricultural education. It’s something she’s dreamed about and deserves.

She’s living with us in a safe, loving home and trying to build a future full of hope and opportunity after some struggles. This trip is more than a vacation, it’s a chance for healing, confidence, and transformation.

What we need:

$2,289 for her 4H Italy tour balance

$200 for meals and spending

$600 for travel to Denver (her departure point)

Total Goal: $3,000 by May 9
