Recently, Gail had a bad run of luck and timing and needs temporary support while she sorts out her affairs.

While trying to move from her apartment to a situation with more support, she had a medical event and ended up in the hospital. The person who had agreed to take her in said she was no longer welcome back. The apartment she had partially vacated also wouldn't take her back. She has been living at Motel 6 while Adult Social Services helps her find housing. Her belongings are now in a storage unit, the moving and storage of which used up all the money she had (she depends on Social Security).

I and a friend have already funded several days at the hotel for Gail, but we are now taking the request wider so others can have the blessing of helping out.

Please donate what you can. The total is set to reflect the hotel's daily rate (plus pet fee) for a period of 2 weeks, which is what Adult Social Services said is the timeframe for finding Gail housing.

If she ends up moving sooner, then the balance of funds can be used to move her belongings once again.

Edit: This year, Gail’s nightly fee at Motel 6 is $93.04. She is getting closer to being able to move into her efficiency. Every little bit helps! God bless you!
