Our family is facing something we never imagined, and we’re reaching out for support during an incredibly difficult time.

Gage, a beloved son, brother, brother in law, grandson, nephew & friend, was recently involved in a serious car accident that resulted in a C4–C5 spinal cord injury. He underwent emergency surgery and is now beginning what will be a long and challenging road to recovery. While we are incredibly grateful for the progress he has already made, the journey ahead will involve extensive rehabilitation, ongoing medical care, and major life adjustments.

Gage is only 24 years old, full of life, and has always been the kind of person who shows up for others. Now, he needs a community to show up for him.

This GoFundMe has been created to help ease the financial burden that comes with a traumatic injury like this. Funds raised will help cover:

• Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation

• Medical expenses not covered by insurance

• Adaptive equipment and mobility needs

• Transportation and lodging related to rehab

• Lost wages and day-to-day living expenses during recovery
