Help for Gabe Garcia After His Stroke ❤️

Hi everyone,

We’re reaching out on behalf of my beloved Tio , Gabriel Garcia who we all know as Gabe, he recently suffered a stroke while living alone in Charleston, SC. This has been a devastating and life-changing event for him and for all of us who love him.

According to his doctors, Gabe will no longer be able to live independently, and his recovery will take a long time before he may regain full mobility—if at all. He has also been told that he will not be able to return to work for the very distant future and may not be able to return to his line of work due to the lasting impact of the stroke.

His health insurance unfortunately offers very limited coverage, leaving us to navigate having to pay for his much needed inpatient rehab facility and growing medical bills and other urgent needs with very little support. Most importantly, we are arranging for Gabe to be relocated to Texas where he can live with family and receive the daily care, love, and supervision he now requires.

We are raising funds to help with:

    •    medical expenses for  rehabilitation

Medical equipment and home modifications to meet his new physical needs

    •    Uncovered medical bills and therapy costs

    •    Basic living expenses, since he can no longer work

Tio Gabe has always been the kind of person to lend a helping hand or encouraging word to others. Now, he needs our help more than ever.
