Support Gabrielle's Mom's Healing Journey

Dear friends, family and compassionate souls,

I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart to share the unimaginable situation my mom is facing. She is the sole provider for our family and the eldest daughter of her siblings, a role in which she has always cared for everyone around her. Tragically, she was the victim of a senseless act of domestic violence and is now fighting for her life to heal in the hospital.

As a dedicated nurse and caregiver, my mom has spent her life looking after others, but now she’s the one in need of care. The injuries she sustained are severe, and her road to recovery will be long, both physically and emotionally. Yet, we hold on to our faith, believing that God will carry us through this tough situation, just as Isaiah 43:2 reminds us: “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

My mom is responsible for six children, ranging from college ages to high school ages, and she was on the verge of graduating from school herself. The burden of medical bills, school fees for all of us, and the cost of daily living is overwhelming. As the days go by, these expenses continue to pile up, and it’s more than we can manage on our own. To care for my mom and my younger siblings, I’ve had to take time away from both work and school, adding to the financial strain we are facing.

We’re turning to our community for support during this incredibly difficult time. My mom has always been the one to extend a helping hand, and now we’re asking for your kindness and generosity to help her in return. Any donation, no matter how small, will go directly toward her medical expenses, school fees, and living costs, helping to ease the burden on our family.
