For the past two months, I’ve been struggling with severe pain and uncertainty as I searched for answers. I was misdiagnosed twice by two different doctors, which made things even more stressful and confusing. After multiple hospital visits and tests, a CAT scan finally revealed that I have a 7 millimeter kidney stone on my left side. The pain has been overwhelming, and I am getting surgery tomorrow to resolve the issue.
Because of this, I’ve been unable to work for a week. I am my own provider and don’t have family or a partner to help me with bills. My biggest concern right now is falling behind on rent and utilities while I focus on my health and recovery. It’s a scary feeling to face these challenges alone, but I’m hopeful that with a little help, I can get through this tough time.
Any support—whether it’s a donation or simply sharing my story—would mean the world to me. Thank you for taking the time to read about my situation and for considering helping me as I work to get on my feet. I don’t normally like to ask for help, but these are tough times.
