Support Gabriela Carrasco After Fire Tragedy

Gabriela Carrasco has been with Chopt for over 10 years. She holds the Kitchen Lead role at East 56th, one of our busiest restaurants in New York City. She is a hard worker and a mother of three young children. Over the years, she has become a key member of the management team at East 56th.

Unfortunately, her apartment caught on fire over the weekend, leaving her and her family with nothing. This is a difficult time for Gabby, and we are asking for the Chopt community to come together in support of one of our own who is going through a challenging time. All donations will be greatly appreciated by Gabby and her family.
