Gabe is one of my cooks and a valued member of our team. He’s always the first to lend a hand when someone is struggling, whether it’s covering a shift or offering a kind word. Gabe’s positive attitude and dedication have made a real difference in our kitchen and in the lives of those around him. Now, he’s the one who needs our help.

Just two days ago, Gabe fell ill, thinking it was just a cold. Unfortunately, his condition quickly worsened, and he ended up in the hospital. Doctors discovered he needs a blood transfusion and will have to undergo surgery. This has been a sudden and overwhelming experience for Gabe, and he’s facing a challenging road to recovery.

While Gabe is out of work, he’s worried about how he’ll manage his hospital bills, rent, utilities, and other essential expenses.
