Support Fund for the Holmes Family

My name is Heather Huggon, and I’ve set up this memorial fund for the Holmes family after the passing of Ryan Holmes on May 26th, 2018 at the age of 40, after a courageous battle with ALS.  He leaves behind two boys, Benjamin (8), and Brendan (7), and his wife Andrea (Caruso) Holmes, whom I’ve known for over 25 years.  Andrea is one of the most kind-hearted and loyal individuals you will ever meet.  We have seen each other through many of life’s ups and downs, but nothing comes close to losing the love of your life.

Andrea and Ryan were high school sweethearts, and the love they had for each other and their family was inspiring to all that knew them.  Ryan was such a devoted father to his boys, and was a constant fixture at their sporting events - whether it be hockey, football, baseball or swimming.   He could also be found on adventures with them at the beach or fishing.  

The loss is unimaginable for this young family, and any help we can provide them through this difficult time is appreciated.  Please donate to support them - big or small, every bit is appreciated.  All proceeds will go directly to Andrea to help them with their day to day expenses and provide for their boys in the future.  Although nothing will ease the heartbreak, lifting some of the financial burden of such a devastating loss would be a blessing for this family.  I and the Holmes and Caruso families thank you with all our hearts.
