Support Fund for Miguel Rosales' Family

We are heartbroken to have recently lost a member of the Pressed family, Miguel Rosales, in a tragic hit-and-run accident that occurred on May 29th. Miguel worked on our E-commerce Fulfillment Team as a Fulfillment team member, packing orders and operating the forklift at our shipment facility.

Miguel and his wife were driving up to Bakersfield for the weekend when another car suddenly slammed into their vehicle, causing it to burst into flames moments after the collision. Miguel’s wife, Samantha, is currently in critical care due to severe injuries.

Miguel was 30 years old and beloved by all who knew him for his cheerful personality and natural positivity, a fun sense of humor that never failed to brighten the room, and a loving dedication to his family. Having grown up as one of the youngest of 10 children, Miguel was a natural with the littlest members of the family.

He is remembered fondly for the close bond he shared with his nieces and nephews, with many hours spent playing video games, coming up with special nicknames, and inspiring lots of smiles and laughter.

Miguel is survived by his wife, Samantha Valdez, and his 12 nieces and nephews. His brother Alejandro Rosales and brother-in-law Juan Ortiz also work for Pressed Juicery.

Miguel and his brother Alejandro are part of the Pressed family, and like Miguel did in his life, we are committed to putting family first as we honor his memory.

Pressed Juicery will be donating $5,000 to provide assistance to Samantha and Miguel’s family during this difficult time, and we’ve created a GoFundMe for anyone in our community who would like to join us in extending support.

Any and all donations make a difference and are greatly appreciated. This is truly when coming together as a family matters most.

*The driver who caused the accident has not yet been apprehended by local law enforcement. If you or anyone you know has any information, please contact the CHP in Visalia, California, who are currently looking for the suspect.*
