I am Nilima, and I am fundraising for my dear colleague, Marcy, who has just experienced an unthinkable tragedy.

While on what was meant to be a joyful holiday, her world was shattered when she suddenly lost her husband in a traumatic accident. Now, she faces the unimaginable task of moving forward without him while caring for their 8-year-old son, who has lost his father far too soon.

Marcy is one of the strongest and most selfless people I know. She would never ask for help—even when she truly needs it—but we cannot let her walk this painful road alone. Her husband was the main source of income for their family, and his sudden passing has left her not only with overwhelming grief but also with deep financial uncertainty. As she navigates this heartbreaking journey, we want to wrap her and her son in love, support, and financial relief to ease the burden of daily expenses, funeral costs, and the many challenges ahead.
