Support FU Review: Keeping Independent Literature Alive
Donation protected
Who We Are
The FU Review began in October 2016 as a student-run journal with big ambitions. Today, we’re proud to be at the heart of Berlin’s literary scene showcasing exceptional work by emerging and established writers world-wide.
Why We Need Your Support
Running a literary journal is a labor of love, but it costs. While our editors volunteer their time and talent, essential operational costs keep our platform alive:
- Paying contributors – because authors, artists, and layout designers deserve fair compensation for their work.
- Website hosting and maintenance – ensuring FU Review remains accessible to readers around the world.
- Organizing events – from vibrant launch parties to intimate readings that bring Berlin's literary community together.
- Outreach and promotion – to connect writers with readers and foster a larger, engaged literary network.
The Difference You’ll Make
By supporting FU Review, you're:
- Preserving an independent platform for original work that challenges and inspires.
- Providing a home for emerging writers alongside seasoned professionals.
- Inspiring and connecting readers and writers on a global scale.
- Making possible events that celebrate storytelling and bring people together.
- Supporting the literary community worldwide.
Our Goal
We're seeking to raise €1,000 to secure our operations for the coming years. No amount is too small – every donation helps keep the FU Review running:
- €10 helps keep our website online.
- €50 helps us compensate contributors for their incredible work.
- €150 funds the design of a stunning issue of FU Review.
Every contribution, no matter the size, helps keep independent literature alive.
Thank You!
Your support means everything to us and the literary community we serve. By donating to the FU Review, you’re not just backing a literary journal – you’re supporting creativity at a time when our world needs it the most.
Thank you, literary friends!
With love,
The FU Review
