We are Some Assembly Required, a dedicated high school robotics team from San Antonio. We build our robots out of a single shared classroom, without a school workshop or advanced equipment, relying instead on creativity, teamwork, and countless hours after school. Last season, we designed and built our most ambitious robot ever, working carefully through every small detail because of our tight budget. Thanks to determination and collaboration, it succeeded in taking us far in local competitions. We’ve met in classrooms and living rooms, doing whatever it takes to bring our ideas to life.
This year, we’re aiming higher, but we need your help to get there. Your support will allow us to upgrade our tools, improve our 3D printing setup, and buy stronger, more reliable robot parts. These upgrades would drastically improve how fast and how well we can build, and give us a real chance at achieving our dream of qualifying for the FIRST Tech Challenge World Championship. By donating, you’re empowering a team of hardworking students who cultivate the next generation of engineers, run STEM events across the community, and pour their hearts into building something extraordinary together. You’re not just supporting a local robot, you’re supporting a team with passion, drive, and the determination to accomplish something incredible. Thank you for helping us chase our dream.
