This year, I have the honor of running the 130th Boston Marathon while raising funds for the school I work at, Excel Academy. Excel Academy is a nonprofit charter school network in the Greater Boston area, consisting of four middle schools and one high school. Our mission is to prepare students for success in college or in whichever post–high school path they choose.

All donations will directly support Excel Academy’s College Access and Post-Secondary Success (CAPS) Program. This program provides students with financial support through college scholarships and helps reduce barriers that can stand between them and their educational goals.

Running the Boston Marathon is an exciting challenge, and connecting it to a cause that impacts the students I work with makes it even more meaningful! Thank you for your consideration in donating to this cause!
