To my good-hearted people,

As you all know, Russia's invasion has shattered millions of lives in Ukraine. I cannot begin to express the deep heartbreak this war has caused within my family and everyone that it has affected. I am finally reaching out for donations to help my mom’s dearest friend and my aunt.

Her friend has escaped to Germany with a family of nine people, some of which are elderly and insulin-dependent. They need financial assistance as they are running low on medical supplies and support. Her husband and older son need help as well as they had to stay behind in Ukraine.

My aunt lives with three people and three dogs in Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukraine; they cannot leave as the son-in-law is volunteering as a driver in Kharkiv to bring people to a safer place.

My family and I can only do so much in helping these amazing people and will continue to throughout this tragedy. However, we need a little more assistance from you all. Please, if you are able to donate absolutely ANY amount, you are a hero! This will mean the world to them, and I will be forever grateful.

P.S. We send money through Western Union, so once a certain amount is fulfilled, or I feel enough for both of them, I will complete the transactions and try my best to update you all as I know some fundraisers can feel untrustworthy.
