Support Freya's Recovery: Marine Vet's Beloved Dog

I'm Nick, a Marine Corps veteran and I have never done this before, but any help for my baby girl Freya would be appreciated. My beautiful dog Freya who has been instrumental in emotional support for me as I grappled with depression and anxiety. She recently injured herself and we don't have many options left to us. She ruptured her ACL a few weeks back and we were already facing hard decisions with surgery and healing. She was starting to make a great recovery on her own when she tore her other ACL. Now she can barely walk and we had to get a doggy wheel chair for her. Currently we are looking at specialized ACL braces to be custom fitted to help her recovery, Approximately 900 dollars per leg. She's only 8 years old and she is the sweetest baby ever. Any help people could offer would be greatly appreciated. To any of my marine brothers and sister I'm sure you can sympathize what an animal companion can do for our mental health.
