Support Free Summer Program for Rural Youth

Smart Talented Achievers Ready to Thrive (START) is a one-week summer program designed to enrich the lives and academic experiences of Pre-K through 12th-grade students in Pointe Coupee Parish in rural Louisiana. START provides developmentally appropriate social and academic enrichment activities to build and strengthen confidence, competence, and community among youth in this rural community. START is a no-cost program for families that serves ~100 students.

To make START a reality, we need your support! Your donations will help cover:

• Supplies and materials

• Meals and snacks

• Transportation assistance for families who need it

• Resources to create a welcoming, impactful experience for every child

Every contribution, no matter the size, will directly impact the youth of Upper Pointe Coupee, helping them gain confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging that will carry them far beyond the one-week program.
