My name is Sunny and for a month I have volunteered at the New Dream for Cambodian Children Organisation (NDCCO), a non-profit school that provides free english education to over 370 children from low-income families in Siem Reap.

As a result of the recent resurgence of conflict between Cambodia and Thailand, donations and volunteers are at an all time low. Because of this, students are now only fed on Thursdays and Fridays rather than every day - the way it was prior to the conflict. Your donation will keep the school running by covering teacher’s wages, electricity, school materials, clean water, food for the children, as well as the general maintenance of the school.

The NDCCO also builds homes for homeless families in Siem Reap and distributes essential monthly food packages to these families.

The children are deeply committed to their education and have a lot of love for one another. They are patient, forever smiling and work incredibly hard.

Every donation will go a long way for these kids. Even small donations will make all the difference!
