Fred’s Story: Fred, a loyal McDonald’s employee, has been an integral part of the team for 30 years. Unfortunately, he received the news that he needs surgery to fix his right foot. Despite his dedication, the surgery isn’t covered by insurance, leaving Fred in a tough spot. With a recovery period of 2-3 months, he won’t be able to work during that time.
