Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to share the struggles my uncle, Freddy, is facing right now. He has been in the ICU since January 6, initially misdiagnosed with pneumonia, only to discover a severe heart valve issue. While the heart valve has been repaired, his lungs remain critically damaged, and the doctors are now considering a potential lung transplant to save his life.

As you can imagine, this has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming time for him, his fiancée, and our entire family. My uncle and his fiancée have always been the first to offer help to others, but they have never been the ones to ask for it. Right now, they need our support more than ever. His fiancée, Indy, is the sole provider for them at this time, and the mounting medical bills, along with the costs of daily living, are starting to become too much to bear.
