Helping Freddy Garza Fights Cancer!

Hi, I'm Chris, one of Freddy's closest friends since grade 7.

Our great friend and one of the all-time characters in our community we all know and love, Freddy Garza, is in dire need of our help.

Freddy has cancer. He is the latest of our loved ones to have to fight this cruel disease, and if anyone can beat this it’s Fred… but he needs our help.

He is a husband and father to a great family he cherishes and provides for. He’s a son to the most wonderful mom many of us know and hold forever dearly as well as a brother. Most of all to us, he’s our friend and we have to be there for him.

Growing up with Fred, I knew Freddy as tougher than anyone there was in football on and off the field, and just an incredible athlete who gave everything he had always to his friends and teammates. Fred and our band of brothers had countless shenanigans (always with his larger-than-life smile) over the years as I’m sure he also had with everyone reading this.

I think we can all agree that Fred protected each one of us at one point or another (again on and off the field lol). He protected us, because that is who he is… our protector, and he did without question or delay. It’s our turn to protect Fred.

Nobody is more unconditionally giving than Fred and can say that being a friend with Freddy is having a true friend for life. I’m still always surprised how many people Fred knows and has made an impact on in their lives... always in a very natural and personal way. I don’t think I know a more honest and genuine man than Fred.

Selfishly for us all... Fred is too big to fail… and we can’t allow it. Please donate all you can anyway you can... and lift him and his family up to get them through this.

We have a remarkable and unique community and I know we will be there for them... and they will beat this with our help.”

Freddy is not just a dedicated husband and father; he is also a passionate entrepreneur who has poured his heart and soul into his work.

For years, he has been a pillar in our community, creating jobs and bringing joy to countless people through his business.

Now, as he bravely fights this illness, we want to ensure that his family can focus on supporting him without the added stress of financial burdens.

All funds go directly to the family to help cover essential living expenses for Freddy’s family and keep his business afloat during this challenging time. Every dollar raised will go directly to supporting them as they navigate this journey together.
