Support Freddie's Fight to Remain in Service

My name is PV2 Freddie Mitchell III. I am a soldier in the U.S. ARMY. I joined the Army in May 2023 to be a 91B-Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, for a better life and to take care of my daughter and do something my family can be proud of.

Since I’ve been in, I’ve graduated Advanced Individual Training top 3 of my class and went on to Airborne School where I had to complete 5 jumps from an aircraft to graduate. After Airborne School, I got assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division. Being in the Army has changed my life. I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect; it’s made me a better person and a better father to my daughter.

I had my daughter when I was 20. I didn’t know what to do or how I was going to give her a better life than I had growing up. Joining the Army has allowed me to do things for my daughter my parents couldn’t do for me.

I’m making this GoFundMe to raise money for a lawyer to fight to stay in the Army. They are trying to chapter me out.
