Support FRC Team 2073's Journey to Houston

FRC Team 2073 is a Robotics Team from Pleasant Grove High School in Elk Grove, California. The students build a new robot every year to meet the new season's challenge. This is an after-school program that helps students gain technical knowledge as well as life skills such as communication and leadership.

From March 15th - March 17st, we attended the Sacramento Regional tournament in Elk Grove, CA. At the conclusion of the qualifier matches we were ranked 11th out of 31 teams, and through alliance selection we ended up being in the 4th seed Alliance.

At the end of the day, we were announced the winner of the Engineering Inspiration award, meaning we earned our ticket to the World Championships in Houston, Texas. We will be competing in Houston from April 16th - April 19th, alongside 700+ teams from all over the world.

To travel to Houston, there are major expenses for students as well as tool and robot transportation costs.

We are aiming to raise at least $10,000 to help offset student travel costs. The more we raise, the lower the cost will be for our students.
