Drew’s beloved dog, Fraulien, recently suffered a serious ACL injury while out on a walk. In that moment, Drew carried her more than a mile back home and immediately took her to the veterinarian. The diagnosis was difficult: Fraulien requires surgery with a complete ACL tear, and the cost for surgery will be $5600-$6000 and cost are expected to reach up to $7,000 including all diagnostic, surgery and recovery costs (check-ups, scans, slings, wraps, medications, etc).
This unexpected expense has placed a heavy financial burden on Drew. He has already opened a Care Credit account, which will be maxed out, leaving him still responsible to pay out of pocket for the remainder of medical costs.
We are asking for your support in two ways: first, please keep Fraulien in your thoughts and prayers as she undergoes surgery and recovery. Second, if you are able, we would be deeply grateful for any contribution toward the cost of her care. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Drew provide Fraulien with the treatment she needs to walk, run, and play again without pain.
Thank you for your kindness and generosity. Your help and support means the world to Drew and Fraulien.
