Hi, I'm Frank. My 3 kitties are Bones, Loki, and Snow. I've lived in Phoenix since 1988 and I've lived in this apartment since 1999. Now, I'm being wrongfully and fraudulently evicted. My landlord went behind my back and did not notify me about court. Since I was a no-show, the wonderful state of Arizona does not care even if I did not get notified. It does not matter, and now I have less than 5 days.

I have a few days left to leave a place I've lived in for 26 years. My question to my landlord was, can I have more time? His answer was, "Don't make me call the constable to evict you and change the locks." Not only did I pay my rent for the full month of May, but I am also getting kicked out 20 days short of that.

So, I'm trying to raise money to get into an apartment as soon as possible so I don't have to break up my family. I have a place, but they want $950 for the apartment, $300 for the security deposit, and an application fee. That's mostly what I'm trying to raise for. If not, I have other options.

I'm trying my hardest not to break up my family. My landlord's scrutiny is so bad, and for those of you who have lived in the state long enough, you know that it's a landlord state and they don't care about us tenants.

I'm 54 years old this month. Happy Birthday to me. I've never been through anything like this in my life. It is not only emotionally exhausting, but I'm also on disability, so it's physically almost impossible for me to do. I am struggling so bad to hang on to my family stuff, my mom's stuff, and myself that's been here for so long.

I'm trying to get help. It's very hard for me to ask for help because I know that everybody is struggling right now. If you cannot help, I understand. I appreciate you reading this. Thank you very much.
