This is Frank, a man who would give the shirt off his back to a stranger, who battled non hodgkin's lymphoma 20 years ago and won. On September 23rd, what we hoped was just a really bad pneumonia was actually Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Needless to say we are devastated.
I'm reaching out today with a request for your help and support. He is now on oxygen at home, but pretty much stuck home because the oxygen tanks do not last long enough for him to attempt to work, he barely makes it home from his oncology appointments without running out of oxygen. He is a handyman and wants to get out and finish his projects left unfinished while he was hospitalized. Unfortunately portable concentrators are not in their budget.
Cancer not only takes a toll on one's health but also on their finances and emotional well-being. The medical bills, treatments, and all the associated costs are quickly adding up. To ensure that my dad can get the care and support he needs, the family has launched a GoFundMe campaign, in which we just want to be able to get him a portable concentrator.
We humbly ask for your contributions, no matter the amount, to ease the financial burden on our family during this trying time. Your support can make a real difference in his battle against this relentless disease.
Please visit the GoFundMe page, where you can donate and share the campaign with your network. Your kindness, prayers, and donations will give my dad the strength to face this challenge head-on. Your generosity and prayers mean the world to us. Thank you for being a part of this journey with us.
