About two months ago, Frank began experiencing severe stomach pains. After countless tests—ultrasounds, endoscopies, colonoscopies, MRIs, CAT scans, blood work, and finally a liver biopsy—the doctors discovered cancer in his pancreas, which has now spread to his liver. This heartbreaking news led to a diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Since then, our family has met with gastroenterologists, surgeons, and now, we are preparing for Frank’s first appointment with an oncologist. The doctors want to start chemotherapy right away, and we are grateful to have been accepted at the Cleveland Clinic, where the team has moved quickly to schedule tests and appointments. However, the cost of traveling from home to Cleveland for these treatments is significant and adds to the stress we are already feeling.

The funds raised will help cover travel expenses, hotel stays, gas, medical bills, and household bills while we focus on getting Frank the care he needs. Frank has been on disability for years, but he has always gone out of his way to help others. He is deeply loved by his wife, children, grandchildren, family, and many friends.
