I am Frank L. Pummer. I was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in January 2019. I have been treated by my hematologist with success, but now he has exhausted all the treatments available and the cancer has attacked. I have a mass in my abdomen that has active cancer cells. It has been radiated, but the cancer is back. So, I will be going to M.D. Anderson in Houston, TX. I live near Shreveport and will have to pay for my travel and lodging weeks at a time, from what I have been told.

In November 2023, the cancer attacked my bones and I had a rod put in my right femur. Then, in January 2024, I had a rod put in my left humerus and femur. I had to quit work, so funds have been tight since then. I will also have to have 3 days a week of hemodialysis for my wife while in Houston. If you can help me with the cost of travel, lodging, and meals, it would be so very much appreciated.
