Frankie was recently diagnosed with a rare kidney cancer called a Wilms tumor that is most common in young children. Because of the size of the tumor she will have to have her kidney removed along with the tumor, which will be a major surgery. Following surgery Frankie will be navigating chemo for the remainder of 2025, impacting her ability to go back to school this fall.

We are raising funds to support the Smith family and to ease the burden of any medical, childcare or other costs that will inevitably arise with Frankie going through surgery and treatment.

We are hopeful Frankie’s prognosis is good, but she has a long road of treatment and recovery ahead. Frankie is one tough little cookie and has a huge community, two very loving moms and brothers and many family members who love her dearly and are cheering her on! ❤️
