My name is Tina Rinka, and I’m a pastor's wife and family friend of Frankie Sue Santos. I’m organizing this GoFundMe to support Frankie Sue, a 33-year-old mother, after an overwhelming series of hardships and sudden losses in her family. Frankie is a mom to four children: a 15-year-old daughter, a 12-year-old daughter, an 8-year-old son, and a 4-year-old son. She is also expecting another baby, due December 18. Frankie’s boyfriend, Salvador, passed away recently of suicide. His family is covering the funeral expenses, but Frankie is still facing urgent day-to-day needs as she tries to secure stable housing, recover physically, and care for her kids. The family has already lost another father figure to suicide. In April, Frankie Sue had surgery. She has also had to take time off work for other family emergencies. She’s been doing everything she can to keep her children safe and cared for during this difficult time. On top of that, there are multiple hospital bills, including Frankie’s April surgery last year and ICU hospitalizations for one of her sons due to serious breathing problems. Right now, Frankie has no car and has been staying in motels or with friends. Those friends live about 45 minutes away from her children’s school, making it extremely difficult to keep routines stable and get everyone where they need to be.
Donations will go directly toward helping Frankie and her children with immediate essentials, including temporary and stable housing costs, transportation needs, food, clothing, and basic household necessities for the kids, medical bills and ongoing care, and childcare and school-related expenses. Any support you can offer—whether it’s a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or sending words of encouragement—will make a meaningful difference for Frankie and her family as they work to rebuild and find stability. Thank you for your kindness and support during this incredibly difficult time.
