It’s that time of year again!

The Frank R. Williams Scholarship Fund will be participating in Giving Tuesday on Tuesday, December 2. Giving Tuesday is a wonderful opportunity for people to transform their communities and the world around them through giving. Our fundraising goal of $4,000 will allow us to award a four-year scholarship to a deserving college-bound student.

Starting with a simple desire to give back, the Frank R. Williams Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 to help senior student athletes at Washington, D.C.’s Calvin Coolidge Senior High School aim higher and dream bigger. Since then, the Fund has awarded 31 scholarships to students attending more than 20 colleges and universities for a total of over $60,000 in monetary gifts to support their needs, including textbooks, living costs and other incidental college expenses.
