My name is Laura and I am raising funds for Frank Parker. He will need extensive rehab, already has lots of medical bills and will need renovations on his home to make it accessible for him.

My riding partner had been hit by a turning vehicle.

Frank went into emergency surgery and c3-t1 were fused together.

There is still very little movement in his upper extremities and no movement in his lower limbs.

Frank needs our help.
