Dear Family and Friends,

It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Francis Delia. Beautiful big hearted human; singular pioneering talent in many mediums from photography and film making to music and screenwriting; a wildly and tirelessly creative artist. Although his illness came on suddenly, in the end he transitioned peacefully, surrounded by love.

Frank’s three grown children are all contending with the costs of the disruption to their lives and work accrued in the time they were at his side advocating for him in his last days. These unforeseen expenses continue as his two oldest children extend their out of state stay and his youngest works tirelessly with them to ensure that all loose ends are tied.

Settling his personal affairs, protecting his body of work, and moving his belongings across the country from LA to his home state of New York are some of what they are tending to. They will also be planning a heartfelt memorial gathering in the near future to celebrate his life, his undying creativity and the countless ways he touched us all.

We are reaching out for your love and support. Your contributions will help ease the financial burden during this incredibly difficult time, substantially mitigate our stress levels, and allow us to focus on sorting out the practicalities that lay ahead.
