My name is Francis. In July, I was driving down a street in Orlando when a Waste Management truck reversed into the lane I was traveling down and impacted my car.

Since then, I've had to deal with therapy and using Uber/Lyft to go to work, get food, and work on recovering physically.

I've missed paying a few bills and even work shifts due to the amount of money I've had to invest in ride-sharing apps.

I'm going through therapy but still have to try and get to work.
